Gyokuro is good for health especially in summer, when people sometimes exhaust, because Gyokuro contains the Vitamins the most among the Japanese green teas. Also brewed by cold water cause to control astringent taste and increase mild taste. As well as Gyokuro keeps its fresh green colour and not be changed colour to brown time pass by when you cool down the tea rapidly so that Gyokuro looks cool and a cold drink in summer.

How to brew cold Gyokuro
Please put 8grams tea leaves in the inner strainer of the glass tea pot and pours cold water until full of the tea pot and wait for 5 minutes and the tea leaves will be open and then pick up the inner strainer with tea leaves. This is completion. It is good to put the tea in the teapot into the refrigerator or pours tea in to the cup and pieces of ice for drinking Ice Gyokuro. It is recommended keeping it always in summer.

Slight aroma and little acid taste of cherry blossom, tied up with high quality Sencha powder, and the tea reminds the Sakura in full bloom. It is a flavour tea at little rest.

How to brew
Please put 1 tea bag to the glass tea pot without the inner strainer and pours little quantity of hot water and shake the teapot so that little quantity of the good and strong tea will be infused soon. Then please enjoyed as cold drink by adding cold water or pieces of ice.
